Level 1– Beginner Reformer Pilates
Level 1
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build a solid foundation, this class focuses on the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates. You’ll develop core strength, improve alignment, and learn to move with control and breath on the Reformer machine. The pace is steady with clear guidance to help you feel confident and supported. All members who are new to Reformer Pilates are required to start at Level 1.
Level 2– IntermediateReformer Pilates
Level 2
Designed for those who have mastered the basics, this class builds on foundational Reformer Pilates principles with increased intensity, coordination, and flow. You’ll challenge your strength, balance, and control with more dynamic sequences and fewer breaks between movements. A solid understanding of Level 1 is required before progressing to Level 2.
Level 3 – Advanced Reformer Pilates
Level 3
This high-intensity class is for experienced clients ready to push their strength, control, and precision to the next level. Expect complex sequences, minimal rest, and advanced variations that demand focus, stamina, and full-body awareness. Level 3 is suitable only for those confident in Levels 1 and 2 and with a strong Reformer practice.
